Palmetto PEARL End User License Agreement
By purchasing a subscription or single product from this website you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions, specifically, that you:
- Are using the product personally, as a teacher, therapist, parent or in another capacity with a single child (student).
- Will not make additional copies of the product. Each product purchased, including those products downloaded as a member, is intended for a single printing. If you require multiple copies, you agree to purchase the product as many times as needed. For example: If you have a subscription membership and are a therapist with 5 clients running the same program, you must download the program 5 separate times.
- Will not sell or make copies of the products you purchase and download from this site.
- Will not attempt to circumvent the security of the programs available. These programs are formatted as read only & print, with no Save or Copy permitted.
- Will hold to the terms and conditions as long as you use the products acquired from Palmetto PEARL, including those acquired under membership subscription even after any subscription may have been terminated.
- Will pay the applicable Sales and Use Tax in the state you reside. I am not charging or collecting sales tax on electronic products, as I have no way of knowing where my customers live. I will be collecting sales tax on printed materials ordered and shipping within the state of South Carolina.
